Abstract
Human Resource Management and Renumeration Cycle System are two different matter but each other related among one otherly. System of Human Resources Management more flange to activity of data processing and record-keeping that related to recruitment activity, training, work assignment, compensation (payroll), performance evaluation, and cessation. Whereas Renumeration Cycle System more specific flange to data processing and record-keeping that used to give fee to employees of its service.
Renumeration system are designed to fulfill the management side information and side of external company. The Integrated Activity designing from both this subsistem will make its function become more efficient and effective.
