PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN SISTEM PENGUPAHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. PABRIK KERTAS INDONESIA (PAKERIN) MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Leadership style and good remuneration system are very important to influence employee performance, so that employee performance will increase, therefore both the company and employees will benefit. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and remuneration system, the influence of the remuneration system on wage performance on employee performance at PT. PAKERIN. The research approach used is quantitative research with explanatory research type. with a population of employees of PT.PAKERIN totaling 61 people using an explanatory quantitative research approach. data were obtained directly from the source, namely employees of PT.PAKERIN through a questionnaire, using a Likert scale with a score range of 1-strongly disagree, 2-disagree, 3-neutral, 4-agree) and 5-strongly agree. Then the quantitative analysis was carried out using regression analysis using SPSS. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of the Wage System and Leadership Style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. PAKERIN, Partially showing that, both the Wage System variable and the Leadership Style variable each have a positive effect on employee performance at PT.PAKERIN.
