ANALISA PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN DAN KOMITMEN KERJA (STUDI PADA PT. PG. KEBONAGUNG MALANG)
Abstract
Commitment represent one of factor of necessary for reaching of organizational target, because commitment assumed to own related directly and positive with satisfaction work where employees which lick lips with his work tend to have high commitment, on that account leader claimed remain to take care of emotion stability from employees in order to remain to feel to like by motivating them. The employees in this research is employees PT. PG. Kebonagung Malang.
Result of inferensial analysis indicate that leadership style orient duty (X1) and leadership style orient relation (X2) have an effect on signifikan and direct to motivation work employees. Leadership style orient duty (X1) and motivate job (X3) have an effect on signifikan and direct to satisfaction work employees (X4). Leadership style orient duty (X1), leadership style orient relation (X2), motivate job (X3) and satisfaction work employees (X4) have an effect on signifikan and direct to commitment work employees (X5) all about α=0,05.
Result of inferensial analysis also indicate that happened the indirect influence, that is (1) leadership style orient duty and leadership style orient relation influence to commitment work employees through motivation work employees; (2) leadership style orient duty variable, and motivation variable influence to commitment work employees through satisfaction work employees.
Thereby, hypothesis proposed reaches supporting agreement, because leadership have an effect on signifikan to motivation, satisfaction work and commitment work employees at level of signifikansi 0,05.
