Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a comitment between organizing (company) and the society. CSR is an implementation from one of the principal of Good Corporate Goverment (GCG) that is responsibility principals. GCG is good management about the relationship between management and shreholder, creditor, goverment and another stakeholder. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) based on Good Corporate Goverment (GCG).
