PENGARUH SUPERVISI, KONDISI KERJA, TUNJANGAN, DESAIN PEKERJAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. TIRTA AJI PRATAMA PASURUAN – JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
This reseach aims to axamine the Variable those influence supervision , work condition, compensation and job design to worker performance of PT. Tirta Aji Pratama Pasuruan. The population in this research is all workers in company there are 90 staffs and 75 staffs of them to be a sample.The technique of data analysis used validity and reability test, Complex linier regression, correlatiion’s analysis and determanation, also classic assumption test. To examine used F-Test and T-Test. The research instruments are questionnaire likert scale. The independent variable of the research are supervision, work condition, compensation and job design and the dependent variable used is worker performance. The result of this research from the simultaneous hyphothesis shows that supervision , work condition, compensation and job design has influence to worker performance. Biside that from result of the partial hyphothesis using T-Test could be known that supervision , work condition, compensation and job design have influence to worker performance. The experience perspective variable Compensation has the most dominant influence to worker performance.
