Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test whether education and training affect employee work productivity at PT. BPR Syariah Jabal Tsur Pandaan. In this study, the analysis used is simple linear regression, which is used to estimate the magnitude of the regression coefficient which will later show the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable with the formula Y = a + bx, where Y = dependent variable achievement, x = independent variable education and training, a = constant value, b = regression coefficient. The results of the analysis show that education and training have a significant effect on work performance as seen in the regression coefficient value (b) of 0.372 which shows the magnitude of the influence of one variable, meaning that if b for X is 0.372 then if X increases by 100% it will change Y by 37.2%. From the R square value of 0.180 (18%), it means that the dependent variable, namely employee work performance (Y) is influenced by 18% by the independent variable, namely employee education and training (X). The remaining 82% is influenced by other variables outside the employee education and training variable (X). The general conclusion of this study is that the factors that are truly obstacles usually come from the attitude of the instructor of the education and training program and the behavior of the employees themselves concerning the willingness to complete a certain task. From the general conclusion, the author tries to provide suggestions to PT. BPR Syariah Jabal Tsur Pandaan to consistently improve education and training, both theoretically and technically, in order to be more directed towards professional human resources in the future
