Perbandingan Kepuasan Konsumen Indomaret Dan Alfamart Di Wilayah Gempol Pasuruan
Abstract
ABSTRAK: This study is aimed to know the differences of consumer satisfaction between Indomaret and Alfamart. The population are someone who ever buy product at Indomaret and Alfamart. This research involve two categorize so the sample for each is 30 and the data used is primary by spreading questioner. By using independent sample t test we get that there are not differences of customer satisfaction between consumer on both Indomaret and Alfamart and it is suitable with the result of satisfaction index that they have the same value 0,77 means that customer get more satisfied level for both customer on Indomaret and Alfamart. Customer satisfaction index for tangible indikator of Indomaret even Alfamart have the highest level but tangible index of Indomaret better than Alfamart, empathy indikator have the same customer satisfaction indeks for both of them and Alfamart has customer satisfaction index better than Indomaret for reability, responsiveness and assurance
